Organization Games


Our corporate programs come in 3 formats, (a) open competition (enterPrize), (b) standalone standard corporate programs (adeeo), and (c) standalone customized corporate programs (amaaz).


enterPrize games are open simulation game competitions for corporate participants. Competitions are held in various cities and various countries. We invite corporates to send nominees to participate in the competition designed for that location. The simulation games that we run during these campaigns are industry and function agnostic. Those require strategy planning, business acumen, analytical skills and intuitive traits. To support the participants we provide pre-reading e-learning material that come in handy for the competition. These are sometimes also used during the competition for reference by the participating teams.


adeeo games are our standard simulation games for corporate participants and is integrated seamlessly with learning plans of employees. These are powerful programs as they integrate pre/ post e-learning modules and pre/ post competency assessments to the simulation games that focus on result achievements. Further many of these games come at two levels and hence has learning continuity with increased competency depths.


amaaz programs are customized corporate simulation games designed and delivered for special occasions:

  • New joiner orientation
  • Assessment center for employee movements (horizontal/ vertical)
  • Change management (employee alignment, policy changes, process effectiveness improvement etc.)
